Many have asked what can we read and study in order to prepare ourselves for the debates and discussions surrounding the 10th Amendment. Thanks to Michael Boldin and the Californian Tenth Amendment Center below you will find some fundamental articles that can help a great deal. As we prepare for the long struggle of education and resistance we must be ready to articulate our reasons as those standing for federal usurpation will attempt to denounce freedom’s message. Law is justice only when it does not promote legal plunder, as Bastiat taught us. Enjoy the readings, we will overcome oppression.
